  • This course concentrates on the principles of the fundamental concepts of mortgage finance.  Topics covered include but aren't limited to: the nature and cycle of real estate, the monetary system, sources of financing, types of loans, credit and collateral risk evaluation, the overall loan process, and the purpose of the secondary market.  Additionally, students will learn how to pre-qualify borrowers and caluculate debt-to-income ratios. 

  • This course teaches body fitness. It emphasizes aerobics, proper nutrition, weight control, and strength training in accordance with the American College of Sports Medicine Guidelines. A variety of exercises and techniques will be used, based on personal needs, to establish programs that will achieve these goals.
